Blairstown NJ Chiropractor Pleads Guilty to Groping Patients
A Blairstown NJ man has agreed to hand over his medical license after pleading guilty to sexually assaulting two patients.
The suspect is a 61-year-old man who ran Kramer Chiropractic, a chiropractor’s office located in Blairstown Township, New Jersey. The suspect was arrested last year and charged with two counts of sexual assault.
According to Warren County prosecutors, the suspect sexually assaulted two patients at his medical office. The suspect reportedly groped the female victims on multiple occasions during office visits in 2015 and 2016.
Shortly after the suspect’s arrest in November 2016, the New Jersey Board of Chiropractic Examiners suspended his license.
The suspect was charged with multiple sex crimes for sexual assault and criminal sexual contact.
He eventually reached a plea deal with the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office and agreed to plead guilty to lesser offenses. As part of the suspect’s plea agreement, he will have to surrender his chiropractor’s license and will be barred from practicing in New Jersey.
Additionally, the suspect will be admitted into the Pre-Trial Intervention program for a period of two years. As a first-time offender, the suspect will avoid prison as long as he is able to stay out of trouble during his period of probation.
